Courses For Absolute Beginners
Never done yoga or pilates before? Intrigued to find out what it can do for you? Perhaps you’ve always thought of going to a class but were put off by everyone who, in your mind knew everything whilst you didn’t? By the way, we don’t believe anyone knows all there is to know! Time to put away the excuses; too old, too tired, too busy, too inflexible, to name but a few! Come and join a small class of complete beginners just like you and start your yoga or pilates journey.
Our aim is to encourage and help you feel motivated as you learn, no matter what your ability or fitness level. All we ask is that you can get up from, and down to, the floor unaided. Please also note that this is a structured course, so you should be able to attend each session to gain maximum benefit.

What to bring: Water. A small towel. Your own yoga mat.
